Previously, he was the chief executive officer of IT Gurus, a consulting firm offering technology outsourcing services to Fortune 1000 clients.

Before IT Gurus, Sri was a principal with the Global Subcontracting Group (GSG) at march FIRST Inc (formerly Whittman-Haert) where he was responsible for creating and managing the GSG group to support the delivery of outsourcing projects amounting to $850 million. An MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the Marathwada University, Sri, 36, has also held senior positions at IBM, Frontier Information Technologies, CMC Ltd., and ECIL in India.

Joining Brigade, a global provider of business process outsourcing and customer relationship management solutions, Sri Dasari with his operational experience and industry knowledge, has steered the company's expansion in the global service delivery sector. Brigade is a leading provider of business process outsourcing services and customer relationship management solutions to Global 1000 corporations.

Under Sri Dasari, Brigade Corporation acquired the Hyderabad-based Webhelp Global Services in December 2004. The company is also looking at some expansion plans this year. With a goal to increase beyond 3000 people in 2005, Brigade will be building a state-of the-art campus.
