He is of the view that the infrastructure is like the arteries of the human body. He says that until and unless fundamentals of the economy don't become stronger, the nation can't expect 7 to 8 per cent growth of the GDP. Under Tuteja's able leadership, the CWC has been providing various warehousing activities such as food grain warehouses, custom-bonded warehouses, container freight stations, inland clearance depots and air cargo complexes, etc. Apart from storage and handling, the CWC is also offering services in the area of clearing & forwarding, handling & transportation, procurement & distribution, fumigation services and other ancillary activities.

CWC also offers consultancy services or training for the construction of warehousing infrastructure to a number of different agencies.
